I write to express my sincere thanks for your brilliant response to a problem we had with our phone system on Friday last week.

Overnight on Thursday we had a huge total loss of power to the building with the result that the phone system lost power and its internal back up battery failed. The system reverted back to Korean factory settings when the power came back on and was totally inoperative.

I immediately thought of you straight away and you said ‘’ no problem leave it with me and I will contact the company who provides our engineer service.’

’[The Engineer] arrived and had us back up and running within 20 minutes and not only that he reloaded our hundreds of speed dials within a couple of minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing and this was a breath of fresh air at a very reasonable price.

In the past I have waited over 24 hours for an engineer and when they arrived they have spent a whole day trying to reprogram and understand the same system… but worst of all due to their ineptitude and lack of system knowledge the bills that I have received in the past have been exorbitant paying them for all that wasted time.

Many thanks Christine for dealing with our important problem so promptly and efficiently, I will have no hesitation in using your services again and will certainly recommend you to other connections and contacts.
